Services Offered

We provide three tiers of service, with fees for each tier determined based on the Gross Revenue of the managed asset.

Bronze – 10%

Bronze tier services include: - Revenue & Booking management - Guest Communication - Owner Portal for Revenue Reporting - Pricing Optimization - Property Marketing - Professional Photos

Silver – 15%

Silver tier includes all Bronze services plus: - Access to our cleaning staff and our vendor pricing - Scheduling of Cleaners - Property Design Recommendations - Property Optimization Study

Gold – 20%

Gold tier includes all Bronze & Silver services plus: - Full maintenance and cleaning management - Insurance claim assistance - Independent insurance carried on property - Legal compliance review if requested - Tax reporting assistance if requested - Monthly property inspections - Property design improvements assistance - 24/7 support including holidays - Advanced Property Marketing

Great house for a big group! We had a Bach party here and it was perfect for our group. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nice addition! The host was communicative and the manual was super helpful! I was worried about our noice level since the neighbors were so close but we didn’t have any issues and the neighborhood was nice. Very pricey, but I expected that for a large space in Miami. Would stay there with a big group again!!!!!

Amazing house. We all had an amazing trip and the quality of the house was a big part of it. The host put a towel on every bed and all the beds were very comfortable. Everyone had a great sleeping situation (there were 13 of us and only two beds were shared). The hot tub was great and was so much fun. There are roosters in the morning that start cawing at around 7am, but we just used ear plugs to block the sound out. If I was staying in Miami with a big group again, I’d want to stay here.

We visited this house for our joint bach trip- the location is perfect for quick 10-15 Ubers across the fun parts of Miami (south beach/brickell). It’s also a very quick drive from the MIA airport which was amazing. The host was extremely quick with his response times and accommodated anything we needed- early check in and even a late check out. He did a wonderful job of ensuring the house was stocked with extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen necessities which is wonderful for a large group.
